Internship materials management in Technical Fleet Management
Tasks
Our department is responsible for comprehensive operational material planning, purchasing and systemic material recording, thus ensuring the availability of materials for Lufthansa Airlines' operations.
- Technical purchasing of aircraft material and support in pool management
- Creation and analysis of demand forecasts
- Co-design and preparation of presentations and evaluations
- Identification of potential for cost optimization
- Recording, documentation and further development of processes
- Support in the creation, analysis and optimization of KPIs
- Repair administration and support for pool return management
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- High degree of initiative, quick comprehension, high willingness to communicate
- High affinity for aviation
